Standard Cancellation Policy

Confirmed reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days in advance of the arrival date are subject to a cancellation fee of $25 . Cancellations made 29 days, or fewer, prior to the arrival date are subject to forfeiture of 50% of the reservation total plus taxes. If we are able to re-sell the dates that have been cancelled, we will refund 100% of the fee charged for the cancellation. For one night bookings 1 nights fee will be charged for cancellation including taxes and if we are able to re-sell the 1 nights cancellation, we will refund 100% of the cancellation fee.
